May’s Virtual Wellness Challenge: Bring Your Own Nutrition Challenge

Join the Resource Team’s Wellness Committee as we begin May’s “Bring Your Own Nutrition Challenge” and celebrate April’s winners!


Here’s the plan:

2.Pick a daily personal challenge, or choose from the suggestions below:

  • Keep a food journal/log

  • Eat (healthy) breakfast daily

  • Add 2 servings of veggies per day

  • Remove a certain food that is detrimental to your health and nutrition goals

  • Pack your lunch

  • Get 3-4 food groups in at each meal

2. Enter your name and your challenge in the Google Doc and start recording your progress. Ends May 31st.  Weekends count: everyday is a chance to better your personal wellness!
How to win:
Complete the challenge. It’s that simple. Those who complete 21 days of the challenge are entered into a drawing for a prize.  Just mark whether you’ve completed each day with a “yes” or “no”. It will be visible to everyone – so you can see where you stand with the competition and help your colleagues complete the challenge!
